The long shot

My long walk home, been through the desert, the city streets. Under swift rivers, over high cliffs, no big thing. Everyday, trying to get it right.

Stick

Well it is obvious (oblivious?) that I love a good stick. Can’t get enough of ‘em. Right up there with toasters and bowling pins. As I walk along I see them. They call to me, “Pick Me, Pick Me!” They are free, free to anyone who wants them, like air and pocket lint.

All good things come through hard work and perseverance.

Here I am performing at MARS gallery in Pheonix, AZ. That is Paul Wilson on stage with me and yes that is a cardboard model of the Sears Tower on my head. From October 1, 1986.

Before the Judge

The Peoples Court was one of my favorite shows when it came out. Judge Wapner came out with a book and went on a signing tour. I went to buy his book (Chicago in the 1985 or so) and was able to get the person in line behind me to snap this photo of us with my polaroid camera. I also got him to sign a wall thermometer I made with his picture on it.

Guitar mask

Yes, A guitar should be worn as a mask. It has a hole made for looking out of. God knows I can't hardly play the dang thing.
